Preliminary Report on Red Globe Growth of Different Altitudes Area in Suichang
Abstract: The regional experiments were carried out at different altitudes red globe planting base in Suichang. The result shows that the planting is workable with the geographical and climatic conditions in Suichang, no matter whether low (200-400m) or high (700-900m) altitudes. In addition red globe resources have superiority in shape and average weight of bunch and berry. It is because red globe has firm flesh, that it has no problem on storage and transportation. Tourism has played a considerable role in promoting the development of picks traveling industry in Suichang, and the red globe industry is an ideal selection for the development of the picks traveling industry.
