自制黄金膏外敷治疗麻醉药物所致静脉炎的疗效观察

【摘要】目的:观察黄金膏外敷治疗麻醉药物所致静脉炎的临床疗效.方法:选择1998～2010年在医院行全麻腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后发生静脉炎的229病例,随机分为治疗组(黄金膏外敷)和对照组(50%硫酸镁湿敷)两组,分别观察两组患者静脉炎治疗情况,并记录.结果:黄金膏对麻醉药品所致静脉炎的总体疗效优于硫酸镁外敷,尤其对Ⅱ、Ⅲ度静脉炎患者效果显著.结论:黄金膏外敷治疗麻醉药物致静脉炎起效快,药性温和,方法简单,使用方便,值得推广.%Objective: To investigate the effects of self- made Huangjingao (HJG) compress on phlebitis induced by anesthetic drug. Methods: A total of 229 patients who derived phlebitis from 1998 to 2010 in cholecystectomy by general anesthesia were randomly divided into observation group (HJG) and control group(50％ magnesium sulfate, MS). The treatment effect of the two groups was observed. Results: The curative effect of HJG was better than that of MS. Conclusion: The self - made HJG compress on phlebitis induced by anesthetic drug is simple,low cost, security and being worth spread in clinic.
