摘 要 勤工俭学一直被认为是贫困大学生用以维持生计的重要手段，但是在当今社会，竞争激烈、英才辈出的形势下，勤工俭学也不失为一个提升大学生社会竞争力的重要途径。我们有必要认真思考并寻找切实可行的方法，使勤工俭学不仅是大学生的经济来源，更应成为大学生历练自我的舞台。

Reflection on College Students' Work-study Program in the New Era

Abstract Students' work-study program has been considered an important means for the poor college students subsistence， but in today's society， competition， excellence men under the form of work-study may well be a community college students an important way to enhance competitiveness. We need to seriously consider and look for practical ways to make work-study program is not only a source of income of college students， ;should also become college students' self-stage.
