[摘要] 目的 探讨氦氖激光照射治疗儿童单纯型慢性化脓性中耳炎的效果。 方法 分析清远市妇幼保健院耳鼻喉科2015年2～12月收治的68例单纯型慢性化脓性中耳炎患儿的临床资料，依据治疗措施的不同将其分为对照组34例和研究组34例。观察两组单纯型慢性化脓性中耳炎患儿治疗前后听阈检测值的变化和临床治疗效果。 结果 对照组和研究组治疗前气导听阈均值[（26.8±4.4）dB和（27.1±4.6）dB]、骨导听阈均值[（23.3±5.2）dB和（24.1±5.6）dB]、气-骨导听阈均值[（18.5±5.3）dB和（18.7±5.6）dB]差异均无统计学意义（t=0.27、0.61、0.15，P>0.05）；对照组治疗后气导听阈均值[（7.9±3.1）dB]、骨导听阈均值[（5.6±2.4）dB]、气-骨导听阈均值[（4.8±1.6）dB]均优于治疗前（t=20.48、18.02、14.43，P

[Abstract] Objective To approach result of treatment of children simple type chronic suppurative otitis media by He-Ne lasers irradiation. Methods 68 cases clinical data of simple type chronic suppurative otitis media in the E.N.T. Department of Maternal and Child Care Service Centre in Qingyuan City from February to December 2015 were analyzed，which were to be divided into two groups for control group of 34 cases and research group of 34 cases by different treatment methods.The threshold values change of two groups children simple type chronic suppurative otitis media before treatment and after treatment and clinical curative effect were detected. Results The mean air conduction audibility threshold [（26.8±4.4） dB and （27.1±4.6） dB]，mean bone conduction audibility threshold [（23.3±5.2） dB and （24.1±5.6） dB]，mean air- bone conduction audibility threshold [（18.5±5.3） dB and （18.7±5.6） dB] of control group and research group before treatment were no differences （t=0.27，0.61，0.15，P>0.05）.The mean air conduction audibility threshold [（7.9±3.1） dB]，mean bone conduction audibility threshold [（5.6±2.4） dB]，mean air- bone conduction audibility threshold [（4.8±1.6） dB] of control group after treatment were better than before treatment （t=20.48，18.02，14.43，P
