Till now， I have graduated from Shandong Architecture University for eight years， and my major is English。I got my bachelor degree in 2006 。 I studied hard in the university， so I passed Test for English Major grade 4 and grade 8 successively during my university。
Since graduation， I have had over 7 years work experience: 5 years in the import and export area。 I also spent two years and half working as English translator in the overseas construction project。My professional knowledge and experience can make me work efficiently。
My personality can be described as outgoing， optimistic，responsible， honest， and work under high pressure。 I can get along well with my leaders and colleagues。

２、“精神的虐杀的这一幕”具体指什么？为什么说是“精神”的“虐杀”？
这是课堂研讨的核心部分，宜逐步展开。
⑴ 紧承上一问题的探讨，得出结论：“精神的虐杀的这一幕”指二十年前“我”粗暴地阻止弟弟制作和放飞风筝，具体内容指文章的第三、四自然段。放声朗读第四自然段，体会作者以一种怎样的心情回忆当年的这一幕。
明确：忏悔自责。
⑵ 为什么把这一幕称为“精神的虐杀”？不就是毁掉一个风筝吗？从哪些词可以感受到“我”实施的“虐杀”之“虐”？哪些词可以感受到“小兄弟”遭受到的无情的“虐杀”？
读书、圈点，师生讨论明确：遭到粗暴践踏的不只是一只风筝，更重要的是人的精神。“我”：折断、掷、踏扁、傲然；“小兄弟”：惊惶地站、失了色瑟缩着、绝望。
⑶ 根据文中提供的材料，发挥你的想象，如果小兄弟的那只风筝能完工，那将是怎样的一件工艺品？请你描绘一番。
（意在通过想象，进一步体验这种精神虐杀的残酷。）
⑷ 你自己有没有这种虐杀他人精神或遭受他人精神虐杀的经历？请描述一番。
（打开“文本语文”与“生活语文”的通道，使它们互相丰富和支持。）
以上四步不应机械进行，宜视具体情况而定。
３、既然弟弟已全然忘却那件事，“我”的心为什么依然沉重？对弟弟的“全然忘却”，“我”究竟持怎样的态度？
这个问题有一定难度，可让学生充分讨论，允许发表不同观点。不过，依照本文的具体语境，及鲁迅先生一以贯之的观念（国人的劣性──精神的健忘及其可怕的遗传）来看，“我”的悲哀显然是典型的“鲁迅式的悲哀”，这种“悲哀”既是为当年的“精神的虐杀”而悲哀，更是为被虐杀者的健忘而深深地悲哀。“四面又明明是严冬，正给我非常的寒威和冷气”，给“我”寒威和冷气的不仅是“严冬”，更是那种可怕的精神健忘，那种难以拔除的集体无意识。教学时应相机阐发，不可硬性灌输。
四、联想与扩展
推荐鲁迅先生１９１９年创作的《我的兄弟》一文，与课文做比较阅读。《我的兄弟》全文如下：
我是不喜欢放风筝的，我的一个小兄弟是喜欢放风筝的。
我的父亲死去之后。家里没有钱了。我的兄弟无论怎么热心，也得不到一个风筝了。
