【Abstract】 Objective： To discuss the safety and effectiveness of pioglitazone combined metformin in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）. Method： 70 NAFLD patients were randomly divided into two groups， treatment group and control group， each group contained 35 cases， ALT， GGT， TG， HOMA-IR， BMI were compared between the two groups. Result： At the end of the 3rd month， the parameters were all improved but had no statistical difference （P>0.05）.
