兵团论文：兵团红枣产业发展问题研究

【中文摘要】在发展兵团经济、加强兵团建设的形势下,调整产业结构,发展特色农业、高效农业,不断增加职工收入,提高职工生活水平是新时期农业生产的首要任务。近几年,新疆建设兵团大力发展红枣种植业,为广大团场职工带来显著的经济效益,显示出了良好的生态效益和社会效益。因此,如何使红枣产业作为兵团的特色农业走上高效发展之路,是当前兵团农业产业结构调整的首要任务之一。本文对兵团红枣产业发展现状中种植规模、品种结构、栽培技术结构、红枣产业加工与销售、红枣产业组织模式等问题进行分析,有以下三点结论：1.红枣基地建设初见成效；2.科学技术普遍应用；3.红枣产业逐步实现了经营模式和经营方式多样化。然后对兵团红枣产业发展的环境进行分析,充分利用内部优势和外部机遇,弱化和克服内部劣势、消除外部威胁,并有矩阵分析法得出兵团红枣产业发展的方向和趋势。接着,以农一师十团作为典型个例进行详细叙述和分析,从十团的发展现状及环境分析中得到红枣产业发展的经验与教训,并总结出对整个兵团发展红枣产业的启示。最后,本文针对问题对兵团红枣产业的发展提出了对策建议,为进一步发展兵团红枣产业提供了一条新途径,兵团红枣以后的发展方向和发展规划提出了的指导性意见。论文试图在以下几个方面做出具有理论和实践价值的创新性成果：1.通过研究解决当前兵团红枣产业中种植基地管理松散、加工业发展滞后等问题,实现红枣生产基地进一步优化、加工业进一步提高,枣果质量和产品附加值大幅度提高；2.通过对兵团红枣经营组织模式与协调发展机制分析与研究,找到加长红枣产业链,培育龙头企业的方法和途径,并解决当前发展中存在的联结机制不健全、市场信息不健全等问题；3.通过对兵团红枣产业发展的系统性分析,保障兵团红枣产业顺利发展,促进市场繁荣并提供各方收益,促进兵团经济快速增长。

【英文摘要】In the development of the Corps economy, strengthen the Corps building situation, adjust the industrial structure, develop specialty agriculture, high-efficiency agriculture, increasing farmer incomes and improving living standards of farmers in agricultural production is the primary task of the new period.
