Contol Problems[z].Gainevie,FL,2011 Rapid path planning of Control Momentum Gyroscopes Assisting Maneuver ZHANG Sheng,HUANG Haibing,ZHAO Qian,TANG Guojn (Colege of Aerospace and Engineerng,Naonal Universiy of Deense Technology,Changsha 410073,China) Abstract:As a new large angle maneuver technique concept for space station,Control Momentum Gyroscopes Assisting Maneuver (CMGs AM)i an efcient technique which employs both he Contol Moment Gyroscopes(CMGs)and hruster as the actuators.To enhance the performance of maneuver,the rapid planning of fuel-optimal CMGs AM path is studied.For he complex stcture of the fuel—optimal control solution,the numerical computaton is demanding.The recenty prposed Rapid Path Planning(RPP)method i a new tajectory optmiaton metod which poseses te spary of ransfored Nonlinear Programming(NLP)and continuous feasibility of solution.It may present the optimized solution rapidly when the number of parameters is within certain range.However,the current RPP method is incompetent to acquire CMGs AM pat.A free interval loca RPP method is developed by allowing the length of time interval to be optimized,and the bang—of-bang stcture of thrst control is indirectly implemented.The rapid planning of fuel suboptma path for CMGs AM has been achieved by this method.
