教学过程

Step 1 Warm up

1. Free talk

Who can tell us the differences between Chinese school and English school?

2. Play a game.

T acts, Ss say “sing songs, do morning exercises, take photos, sit around tables”.

Step 2 Presentation and practice

1. There are lots of tables.

2. T: There is a TV. There are lots of books.

There is a computer. There are lots of pens.

强调 there is there are 的区别

Can you say the things in the classroom with “there is” or “there are”?

3. 学习课文

(1) We know school in England and in China are very different. Do you want to know more about English schools? Now watch video and find the answers.

Do they study hard?

Can English children have fun at break time?

(Practise in pairs)

与当今教师一称最接近的老师概念,最早也要追溯至宋元时期。金代元好问《示侄孙伯安》诗云:伯安入小学,颖悟非凡貌,属句有夙性,说字惊老师。于是看,宋元时期小学教师被称为老师有案可稽。清代称主考官也为老师,而一般学堂里的先生则称为教师教习。可见,教师一说是比较晚的事了。如今体会,教师的含义比之老师一说,具有资历和学识程度上较低一些的差别。辛亥革命后,教师与其他官员一样依法令任命,故又称教师教员2. Do activity 3. Listen and try to sing.

单靠记还不行,还得,姑且称之为先死后活吧。让学生把一周看到或听到的新鲜事记下来,摒弃那些假话套话空话,写出自己的真情实感,篇幅可长可短,并要求运用积累的成语、名言警句等,定期检查点评,选择优秀篇目在班里朗读或展出。这样,即巩固了所学的材料,又锻炼了学生的写作能力,同时还培养了学生的观察能力、思维能力等等,达到一石多鸟的效果。Step 5 Homework
